CBS Radio introduced me to the fast-paced world of live entertainment, supporting iconic productions including KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas, The Coachella House, and We Can Survive.
Supporting artist hospitality, VIP guest experiences, sponsor activations, and backstage operations gave me a firsthand look at everything happening behind the scenes before guests ever arrived. It was here that I discovered the thoughtful planning and attention to detail that make live events feel effortless—and the best guest experiences begin long before doors open.

Justice Speaks entrusted me with leading fundraising galas and conferences designed to strengthen community engagement and advance the organization's mission.
Partnering closely with leadership, I led each event from concept to execution, overseeing logistics, run-of-show, teams, and guest experience while ensuring every detail reflected the heart of the organization's mission. Whether producing fundraising galas featuring guest speaker Pattie Mallette or conferences built from the ground up, I experienced firsthand how thoughtful event production can bring a mission to life and inspire meaningful connection.

The Walt Disney Company reinforced something I still believe today: exceptional guest experiences are created through countless details happening behind the scenes.
Supporting productions including D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Disney100 Celebration, and Disney Creators Celebration, I contributed to talent and VIP coordination, guest experience, credentialing, logistics, and real-time event operations for productions welcoming tens of thousands of guests. It reinforced that when every detail is thoughtfully considered, guests are free to simply enjoy the experience.

A21 gave me the opportunity to lead one of Los Angeles' largest Walk For Freedom events, bringing together volunteers, community partners, and city agencies around a shared mission.
Leading the Walk For Freedom, I oversaw every stage of event production—from route planning, city permits, and LAPD coordination to volunteer leadership, logistics, and onsite execution for more than 100 staff and volunteers. Collaborating with partners including CBS Radio, iHeartMedia, and the Vans Warped Tour, I also led local marketing and media initiatives that expanded awareness, community participation, and event visibility.
It reinforced that thoughtful leadership creates the space for people to unite around a purpose greater than themselves.
UCLA - DIVISION OF GRADUATE EDUCATION
At UCLA, I've continued refining my approach to event production by creating experiences that celebrate academic excellence and strengthen community.
Supporting signature programs including Grad Slam, the Postdoctoral Scholar Awards, and the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony, I coordinate run-of-show elements, speaker logistics, venue operations, hospitality coordination, and onsite execution. Beyond university-wide programs, I serve as the lead producer for departmental events and staff engagement initiatives, partnering with leadership to create thoughtful experiences that reflect each department's unique culture and goals.
It continues to remind me that the most meaningful events don't just celebrate achievements—they create communities where people feel they belong.
