CBS RADIO

At CBS Radio, I supported large-scale live entertainment events and fan experiences across Los Angeles, including iconic productions such as KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas, The Coachella House, and We Can Survive. My role spanned talent and VIP coordination, backstage and front-of-house operations, brand activations, and fan engagement, working closely with artist management, labels, sponsors, and station teams. These experiences sharpened my ability to deliver high-pressure, live events that balance creativity, logistics, and audience experience.

JUSTICE SPEAKS

Justice Speaks brought me on during a period of growth to help reshape how their events connected with audiences. I produced fundraising galas with guest speaker, Patti Mallette, and conferences from the ground up, managing logistics, teams, and run-of-show while partnering with leadership and featured speakers to ensure each event reflected the organization’s mission. The result was a stronger, more engaging event experience that supported both fundraising and community impact.

THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY

At The Walt Disney Company, I supported the production of high-profile, brand-aligned events and fan experiences, including D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Disney’s 100th Celebration Press Event, and the Disney Creators Celebration. I assisted with end-to-end event operations, including talent and VIP coordination, guest experience, credentialing, shipping and logistics, and real-time crowd flow management for events welcoming tens of thousands of attendees. Working closely with cross-functional teams and partners, I helped ensure each experience upheld Disney’s storytelling, branding, and guest experience standards.

At A21, I led the production of large-scale, mission-driven events designed to mobilize communities and amplify awareness. I spearheaded operations for the Walk for Freedom, overseeing event routing, permits, security coordination with city officials and LAPD, marketing, and managing a team of over 100 staff and volunteers. . I also led local marketing and media outreach, developing cross-promotions and partnerships with CBS Radio, iHeart Media and, The Vans Warped Tour to drive attendance, visibility, and engagement.

UCLA - DIVISION OF GRADUATE EDUCATION

At UCLA, I support the production of large-scale ceremonies and live events serving a community of over 14,000 graduate and postdoctoral scholars, contributing to signature programs such as Grad Slam, the Postdoctoral Scholar Awards, and the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony. My work includes coordinating run-of-show elements, speaker logistics, venue and hospitality coordination, and on-site execution.

In addition to these large-scale ceremonies, I serve as the lead producer for departmental events and staff engagement programs, partnering with directors to design and execute polished, purposeful experiences aligned with departmental culture and goals.
